User Email Settings

The Graffiti email settings feature allows you to specify outbound information emails from Graffiti to your users as part of the content workflow and password changes.

If you set up users to receive email notification, Graffiti sends messages to users as part of the post and comment workflow based on user roles.

  • Contributor – notified of comments to any posts published by the contributor.
  • Manager and Admin – notified of all pending posts, including comments.

Also, all users who are set up to receive email notification can click Forgot Password? on the login page and Graffiti will automatically respond with their login password via email.

Procedure

  1. Use the control bar to navigate to Site Options>Email Settings. The Email Settings page displays.

  2. Enter the appropriate data in the data fields.
  3. Click Update Settings.
