Yes, Graffiti is a platform for helping you create and publish content. However, the CMS in Graffiti CMS doesn't stand for "Content Management System." It stands for "Content Made Simple." Unlike other content management systems, Graffiti is uncomplicated, easy to setup, and built from the ground up to be simple.
Graffiti does support traditional concepts found in those other stodgy Content Management Systems, but just enough to give you want you want - you won't find complicated "Gold Plating" or over-engineering. Below are some of the more traditional concepts that we're proud to include in Graffiti:

A full revision history is maintained whenever content is changed. This ensures that changes to content can be undone anytime:
Changes between revisions (or the content being edited) can be reviewed at any time. Removed content is shown in red and is crossed out while content that is added is highlighted in green:
Content that is deleted is moved to a Deleted area which is similar to the Recycle Bin in Microsoft Windows. Content can be permanently deleted from the Deleted area:
